October 21, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Kannada film 'Veera Bahu' starring Vijay and Nidhi Subbaiah, has completed shooting. The film is directed by S Mahender and the shooting is completed after the song sequence Ringa Ringa Rooja Kodla Ondhu Roja was shot. The song was shot with Nidhi Subbaiah, Vijay, MS Umesh and 40 children. The song was choreographed by Kalai at Rockline Studio. They also shot another song Kariya Nee Kreyodhu Hechcha Ninna Hinde Naa Barodhu Hechcha. Both the songs were captured by cameraman Ananth Urs.

Veera Bahu is an action extravaganza with an additional dose of sentiments. It deals with the protagonist, who comes to graveyard after experiencing all facets of social life. The shooting of the film was completed as per the set schedule. The shooting of the movie was done in some portions of Mysore Including Kollegal, Chamarajanagara and other surroundings inside Karnataka.

The casting of the film also includes the actors like Rangayana Raghu, MN Lakshmi Devi, Raju Thalokote, Achyuth Kumar, Kishori Ballal, Avinash, Vinayaprasad, Rekha Kumar, AT Raghu and Dharma. Rangayana Raghu will be seen in the role of a village politician in the film.

The film is being produced by Sandesh Nagaraj, who is planning to release the audio of the movie on Kannada Rajyotsava Day on November 1. The music of the film has been composed by music composer V Harikrishna.
