5th December 2018

Looks like Amitabh Bachchan doesn't have the word break in his dictionary, as after hectic schedule of 'Thugs of Hindostan' and concluding 'KBC' on Sony TV, Big B even started shooting for his next. The actor is in Nagpur shooting for 'Sairat' director Nagraj Manjule's next film titled 'Jhund'.

The 76-year-old announced the film went on floors posting a couple of pictures, one in which he is accompanied by the bodyguards and another from the interior of an aeroplane. An elated Bachchan shared these pictures via his official twitter handle and captioned it, "Nagpur for Jhund -- the new project by Nagraj, his first in Hindi, the maker of Sairat the Marathi blockbuster .. a centre of attraction and 'Nagpur', geographically apparently the centre of geographic India. May the two centres thrive!"

On roping Mr. Bachchan on board acclaimed director Nagraj Manjule said, "No other actor fits the role, only Mr Bachchan can do justice to this particular character. All the others in the film are newcomers since I am known to work with fresh talent. The combination of Mr Bachchan and this young team will be something to look forward to."

Jhund is bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar's T-Series, Savita Raj Hiremath's banner Taandav Films Entertainment Ltd. and Aatpat. Bachchan will also be seen in Sujoy Ghosh's 'Badla' along with actress Taapsee Pannu
