Vidya Balan reveals ‘diet’ tips

Vidya Balan has been famous for her impeccable acting style and her commendable performances in films like ‘Parineeta’, ‘Lage Raho Munna bhai’, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyya’ and ‘Ishqiya’. However on one side where she was praised for her on-screen work, on the other side she was also lashed out for her heavy weight and unapproved fashion sense.

But things would change after ‘The Dirty Picture’ as in spite of her extra pile of weight and heavy body, she has instantly gained the ‘sexy siren’ tag, courtesy her bold avatar. The glamorous and sexy avatar has apparently changed Vidya the person, who is now talking about diet and fitness regimes.

She was recently overheard giving diet tips but with a twist. The actress revealed that eating every two hours helps one maintain its diet as it avoids the consumer stuffing themselves more than required. She also stated that this kind of diet would help any person maintain the balance without compromising on the taste factor. She even recommended that working out for five days in a week with eight-hours of sleep every day is more than enough.
