Ranveer Singh is known for his high spirits in Bollywood but the actor is lying really low as it has been over a week since he has been hospitalised for dengue fever.
Ranveer who was shooting in Durgapur came down with high fever and the doctors detected dengue as the cause. He was hospitalised right away and while one was expecting a quick recovery, the doctors have said that he is not showing signs of recovery.
Ranveer's mom is the only person allowed to be around him but close friend
Deepika Padukone was granted special permission to visit him twice over the weekend.
Reportedly, even Deepika is not in the best of her health as she injured herself while shooting for a sequence of
Bhansali’s
'Ram-Leela'.
Deepika was very emotional on seeing Ranveer's condition as the actor has really lost health, the actress had to wear apron and gloves as his immunity levels are very low and he is prone to infections.
