The Horrible Bosses star has been dating the House actress for nearly eight months now and their romance is heating up.

Life & Style reports that Jason has recently bought a luxury new pad in New York City and has invited his love to share it with him.

"He just plunked down $3 million on a place in Soho, and they're going to live together," an insider told the publication.

"They know that with their busy filming schedules they might not be there at the same time very often. But they really wanted a place together."

The couple will star in upcoming movie Relanxious together which will be shot in the Big Apple.

The 28-year-old divorced starlet recently said that she's not one for dating and loves being in a relationship.

"I go 100 percent into everything, and I'm a really good girlfriend," she said. "I wish I could play the field, but it's so not me." (C) Cover Media
