The order on a bail plea made by 'Peepli Live' director Mahmood Farooqui was reserved by a Delhi court here on Thursday.

The delivery date for the order of the bail plea filed by filmmaker was set to September 2 and it was also announced by the court that it would pronounce its order on issue of framing of charge on the same date fixed for the hearing.

The court directed the FSL, Delhi to take this case on priority and submit its report by September 15, observing that victim was a foreign national and her visa is up to October 5.

Mahmood Farooqui was charged for rape of a 35-year-old American national and evidence destruction and is in judicial custody since June 20.
