(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith have reportedly enlisted their legal team in light of false allegations they had split up.

The Hollywood power couple was deluged with inaccurate reports yesterday that they were ending their 13-year marriage.

They issued a statement saying that their marriage was "intact" and although they were "reluctant" to respond to the press reports, the rumours about their marriage were "completely false."

But it seems the couple are taking matters further and have got their legal team involved.

"Will and Jada are not splitting and they've already got their legal team involved," an insider told RadarOnline.

"Like any other A-list couple they're used to inaccurate reports sometimes, but when it comes to their marriage, they don't appreciate anyone demeaning it."

The source added that the couple had discussed the report and will decide privately how they want to proceed.

"They're good sports and they're laughing about it, but they have to talk about it with their legal council to protect themselves," the insider revealed. (C) Cover Media
