will.i.am insists he doesn't have a private life because he "shares it all".
The Black Eyed Peas star says he is an open book and is happy to discuss failed relationships. However, he would never publicly name ex-girlfriends when talking about his past.
"I don't have a private life. I like it like that. It's because I share it all," he told Radio Times.
"I share about my ex-girlfriend, that's all cool. I don't say the name because it's not fair to her."
The producer, who was romantically linked to Cheryl Cole in 2010, has been working as a mentor on the UK version of The Voice. While he is best known for his work with the Black Eyed Peas, he enjoys taking budding artists under his wing.
"No, this is what I've always done when I'm not performing. I'm looking for new acts, I'm mentoring people signed to my label, wherever I am, after a show, when I go to a club. It's just now I'm doing it from a different platform," he added.
His label has signed artists including Macy Gray, Sergio Mendes and fellow Black Eyed Peas member Fergie.
