Victoria Beckham has reportedly thrown herself into "full-on work" after her birthday celebrations.

The former Spice Girl saw in her 38th birthday in style earlier this month. Victoria relaxed with her friends and family in Los Angeles, before flying out to China to launch the new Range Rover she has designed.

Friends close to the fashion designer are reportedly worried she's jumping back into work too soon.

"Victoria left LA beaming, saying she'd had the best few weeks," the source told British magazine Closer. "She's loved relaxing and spending time with her family. But now it looks like she's getting back into full-on work."

Victoria had a great time celebrating her birthday, which included a meal with her A-list friends including Eva Longoria.

"The dinner was with all her closest friends and she had a brilliant time - she even got a bit tipsy! On her actual birthday the next day, David made her breakfast in bed and a massage therapist came to the house," the source added.

"The nanny also took [baby daughter] Harper for a bit so they could have some time to themselves."
