January 4, 2011 (Sampurn Wire): Finally there seems to be trouble brewing on the sets of 'X Factor 'as Simon Cowell has threatened not to take part in U.S. 'X Factor'. The buzz that has been doing the rounds is that Simon is having some issues with the producers of the show, who is not to keen to have Cheryl on the show as a judge. Since the 'X Factor' is popular show,the producers of the show are concerned that it has to maintain certain level of standard for the show. Insiders are also of the opinion that the show needs a host of other celebrity stars as it needs to be at par with the most talked about show 'American Idol'. The producers are also pondering over the fact that the American audience is not that aware of Cheryl and therefore the show will not be able to generate a great response.

The buzz is also doing the rounds that Cheryl has already signed on the dotted line to appear on 'X Factor'. However Cheryl in an interview claimed that she has not yet sealed the deal.

Finally there is some great news for 'X Factor ' as it has signed a sponsorship deal with the soft drink maker Pepsi .There had been an ongoing war between Pepsi and Coca Cola as who will finally take over the' X Factor'. Cowell had left the 'American Idol' to be with 'X Factor'. Cowell will be the judge and executive producer of the show.
