December 14, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): American actor Zac Efron has reportedly broken up with his long time girlfriend actress Vanessa Hudgens. However, the reports suggest that even though the couple has called it a quit officially they still maintain a good chemistry and are often seen hanging out with each other.

The couple met in 2005 while shooting for the first season of High School Musical. Since then, they had a very wonderful on-screen as well as off-screen chemistry. As per the US magazine statement after they broke up, the actors were good friends for two years and they started seeing each other since 2007 only.

As per the friends of the 22 year old actress Vanessa, they are likely to unite again very soon. So, the official break-up may be just a break from the committed tag and enjoy the single life for some time. They are still the best friends and often seen hanging out with each other.
