Zarine Khan started her career with a box-office dud'Veer', starring Salman Khan. The lady received lot of ill comments with regards to her weight in the film. Zarine took it as a challenge and lost weight and showed her glamorous side in the song'Character Dheela' from the film'Ready'. The actress has also bagged herself a role in Sajid Khan's'Houseful 2'.

Now the latest news on the block is that Zarine is also soon to kick start her career in regional films. She has signed Vikram's upcoming period drama'Karikalam'. Just like her debut in Bollywood, Zarine will be making her Kollywood debut by playing the role of a princess. The film will be directed by LI Kannan and jointly produced by SS Vasan and S Parthi.

Zarine is currently trying to get a hang over the lingo and preparing to stun the Tamil audiences.
