Bollywood stars often indulge in various unusual activities to promote their films and often these activities revolve around the theme of the film.
While some prefer to perform on the songs of their film, some prefer to enact their film's scenes live before people.
The team wanted to attract mass attention and promote the film in a new style, hence, it was decided that like in the film, the on-screen couple would take a tour in a hot-air balloon live. (

They were slated to give media bytes before and after the act, but much to the team's embarrassment the balloon didn't take off.
They took all the efforts to get it going as a lot of hot air was blown in it. But despite of all the efforts, the balloon didn't leave the ground and the act failed terribly.
Nonetheless, the sporting pair of the film was game for media bytes and interactions despite of the promotional plan going wrong.
