The 28-year-old pop star was runner-up on season eight of the reality show, which gives hopefuls the chance to land a record contract.

The programme continues to go from strength-to-strength, with season ten of the talent contest hitting US screens last night. Adam is still a massive fan of the series, and thinks new judge Jennifer Lopez, 41, will continue to emulate panache throughout the season. Adam has always been an admirer of Jennifers Latin-inspired music and her elegant attire.

Adam thinks the shows new male judge Steven Tyler will also don some interesting outfits throughout the season. As the lead singer of legendary rock band Aerosmith, Steven has worn some rather rock and roll outfits in his time.
