The 27-year-old British model-and-television presenter is famed for her kooky style, famously ignoring fashion rules and teaming ladylike attire with boyish garments. It appears her originality has paid off, with the teenage version of the iconic fashion bible declaring her this years most stylish lady.

Other beauties to have made the Top Ten of the prestigious list include upcoming actress Emma Roberts, niece of gorgeous Hollywood star Julia Roberts, and rising British thespian Carey Mulligan, who were at number two and three respectively.

Fashion critics have been surprised to note top style icons such as model Agyness Deyn and pop star Rihanna absent from the Top Ten, despite both being considered fashion pioneers and regularly making the best-dressed lists of top fashion magazines. Agyness came in at number 36, whilst Rihanna made number 40. Fashionista Kelly Osbourne also missed out on the Top Ten, coming in at number 25.
