Amitabh Bachchan has created a niche with his extraordinary performance in Shoojit Sircar's film, 'Piku'.

Recently, Big B has been invited by the Indian Consulate in Brazil to promote Indian cinema in the country, in partnership with the Brazilian government.

A source said that the motivation behind lies in cementing relationship between two countries in the field of art and cinema and Indian cinema would be showcased in Rio De Janerio and Belo Hirizonte in Brazil.

Bachchan confirmed the news saying the offer came about after his last trip to Brazil during the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
