Bollywood recently lost a talented actor when actor Ashraf Ul Haq lost his battle against a serious illness. In the recent past he was most praised for his performance in the film 'Fukrey'. His colleagues, who were aware of his deteriorating health, were still in a state of shock that he left so soon.

"It's tragic. His work has always been worth learning from. May God bless his soul," said his 'Fukery' co-star Pulkit Samrat. Richa Chadda who worked with them too, added the following. "The industry has lost him too soon. I wasn't aware that he was unwell. To me, he will always be Smakiya, the guy who selflessly helped every Fukra," she said.

One amongst his many well-wishers was filmmaker Anurag Kashyap who claims that his immediate priority is to take care of the actor's 9-year-old son. "He was one of my closest friends and we knew each other since our struggling days. From my TV show to short-films to features, I worked with him quite often as he was a terrific actor. I was aware of his illness and we knew that his health was fast deteriorating. We were all there for him and it's truly tragic that he had to depart so soon. Our priority now is to take care of his 9-yearold son," he added.
