'Bombay Velvet' has become the talk of the town and bagged many controversies and attention already.  But Anushka Sharma who sizzled the audience with her jazzy dance numbers in the film is found absent from the promotion of the film.

Anushka was seen more aside Virat Kohli during the world cup schedules. Source said that the makers of the film highlight more on Ranbir's character giving a sneak peek into Anushka's character hither and thither.

The director of the film, Anurag Kashyap has edited five songs from the movie, where the focus should be on Anushka but maximum scenes showcase Ranbir Kapoor and this reason can be a presumption why the actress is upset and being not making it to promotions.

Anushka has already added feathers to her hat with her role in 'PK' and 'NH10' and the upcoming, 'Dil Dhadakne Do' and yet in manifolds to come.
