Upset after waiting 'patiently' for the arrival of Prachi Desai to the sets of 'Thadayara Thaakka', actor Arun Vijay and producers Feather Touch Entertainment have sent a legal notice to the actress for 'not honouring the commitment'.

According to sources close to Arun Vijay, despite having been signed up for the project in February this year, Prachi hasn't shot for even a single day. In fact, the actress had come to Chennai for a schedule but had to rush back to Mumbai because of a personal emergency.

Meanwhile, the entire unit was thrown into disarray, bewildered by the lack of clarity as there was no communication from Prachi after she left for Mumbai.

'This is totally unfair on her part. We have suffered huge losses because of her behaviour. So we have decided to send a legal notice to her,' the producers say.
