South star Ram Charan is all set to make his debut in the upcoming Hindi film 'Zanjeer' opposite Priyanka Chopra. This one is a remake of the 1973 hit starring Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan.

It is heard that a new character has been added to the script of the film which will be played by Atul Kulkarni. Best remembered for his role in 'Page 3' and 'Rang De Basanti', Atul says that Apoorva has written this role and it is good.

While the cast and crew have completed a few schedules of the shooting, Atul will begin his part by the end of the month.

Meanwhile, the actor is busy with other projects that he has signed like 'The Dirty Politics', a Malayalam movie and a film by Ram Gopal Varma based on the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.
