October 11, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Percussionist Bickram Ghosh, who has gained worldwide acclaim for his compositions, launched his own production house on Thursday. Speaking to the media on the launch ceremony, Bickram Ghosh said that his production house was his own way of providing a platform to all those talented people of India who do not otherwise get the opportunity to share their individual creations with the world. The production house has been named Melting Pot Productions, and it goes without saying that the primary work of the production house will be to promote various kinds of music. However, Bickram Ghosh says that he also shares an interest in films and would like to explore that domain at some point of time in the future by the creation of documentary films under the banner of his Melting Pot Productions.

Bickram Ghosh said that he has already been approached by several people across the country who want to showcase their talents through his production house and therefore, the Melting Pot Productions will soon start work on some innovative and interesting music projects, which Bickram Ghosh promises will match up to international standards. Popular Bollywood singer Sonu Niigaam and Hollywood music composer and percussionist Greg Ellis have already been roped in to work in forthcoming projects under the Melting Pot Productions.
