Here is the latest on summer of 2012's hottest release, Ajith's Billa 2. The film was originally planned to release on 13th April, as a Tamil New Year special.

Then, the producer postponed the release to 27th April to coincide with Thala's birthday on 1st May.                                                    

But the strike in  the Industry has delayed the shoot of the film. Producer Sunir Kheterpal realised  that he was behind schedule as post production is bound to take time.

Now, the latest we hear is that Sunir himself has tweeted that release would be delayed and pushed the release to second half of May 2012.        

The soundtrack and the trailer will take be released between 15th to 25th April.
