(Cover) - EN Star Style - Blake Lively "expresses herself" through her fashion choices.

The 23-year-old American actress has become an international star thanks to her role in the hit US teen drama Gossip Girl where she sports a variety of amazing outfits.

Blake says her ever-evolving style is an output for her creativity.

"I see fashion as a way to express yourself. My style is always changing. I like to blend the clothes, couture, vintage, rummages clothes," she explained in an interview with the French edition of Elle magazine.

Blake has a penchant for designer pieces especially. The stunning star, who is famed for her gorgeous looks and feminine style, enjoys wearing a range of luxury labels.

"I can spend a fortune in Isabel Marant's shop and I am also fan of young designers like Jenny Packham," she said.

Blake takes style inspiration from iconic screen legends. The beauty says she is "obsessed" with the elegant era of classic Hollywood and also likes the aesthetic of France's Nouvelle Vague.

"When I have to dress for an event I take inspiration from the cinema icons - Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn... I am obsessed with the Nouvelle Vague era. At one point, I remember that on the set of Gossip Girl, I used to watch Pierrot le Fou without the sound and I used to play it in a loop while I had my make-up done," she revealed. (C) Cover Media
