(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Bobbi Kristina just "saw a mom" when she viewed her late mother Whitney Houston.

Whitney died at the age of 48 on February 11 after being found unresponsive in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles.

Before her passing, Whitney was a musical legend and was considered Hollywood royalty.

Bobbi Kristina never viewed her mom as anything other than a normal parent.

"I didn't see her as an idol," Bobbi Kristina revealed in a promotional video for her new Lifetime network reality series The Houstons: On Our Own.

"The glam and glitz -- I didn't see that. I saw a mom."

Bobbi Kristina's grandmother Cissy recently filed court papers requesting that payments made to her granddaughter from Whitney's estate be altered.

Apparently Cissy believes that Bobbi Kristina is unable to make wise decisions about how to use that money and is upset about the 19-year-old's romance with Nick Gordon.

The matter has not yet been resolved in court and the family are rumoured to be feuding.
