The forthcoming Ranbir Kapoor - Anushka Sharma starrer, 'Bombay Velvet' has received UA certification from the Revising Committee of Central Board of Film Certification.

The film can therefore, be viewed by people of all ages alongside the parental guidance for those below 12 years of age.

But Anurag Kashyap refuted saying that the film is not an adult film, abreast the filmmaker having faith that the committee would give the film it's correct certification.

Bombay Velvet is set to release on May 15.
