(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Charlie Sheen has revealed he is spending Christmas with his ex-wife Denise Richards and their two children.

The 47-year-old actor has been on increasingly good terms with Denise. They have shown that they can put their differences aside for the sake of daughters; Sam, seven, and Lola, six.

Denise's six-month-old adopted daughter Eloise is also on the trip at the unknown tropical destination.

The former Two and a Half Men star posted a host of pictures on his Twitter page and captioned a group shot as a "Christmas to remember."

"What's better than a modern family vacation!?!" Charlie wrote. "I love spending winter break w/@denise_richards & my kids!"

The troubled Hollywood star said that he and Denise were "watching the beautiful sunset" together and in a change from his usual late night party habits actually has been getting up early to go fishing.

"6.30am Hemingway would be proud," Charlie chortled. "I think the great DiMaggio would be proud of me today. Hell I'm proud of me today!"

This family getaway is a lot more serene than their last attempt which ended in disaster. Charlie was taken to hospital after he trashed a New York hotel room in October last year and was found naked with porn star Capri Anderson after an alleged drug and alcohol binge.

He went on several angry tirades against Denise calling her a "traitor" and a "vile kidnapper."

But since being fired from his hit TV show and going on his comedy tour, Charlie seems to be cleaning up his act.

He moved Denise and the children into a home in the same Los Angeles gated estate where he lives so he can be closer to his girls and appears to be spending more time with them. (C) Cover Media
