Charlie Sheen has pledged to donate at least $1 million to the men and woman who serve America.
The controversial actor announced today that he will give one percent of the profits from his new show, Anger Management, to United Service Organizations.
The minimum he will give is the seven figure sum with an unlimited cap so the more money made from the show, the more cash will be sent to USO.
The non-profit helps America's troops and their families and Charlie's donation is the largest ever from an individual.
"Charlie's support is greatly appreciated, especially from our wounded warriors and their families," General John I. Pray, Jr., EVP and Joint Chief of Staff, U.S. Air Force said in a statement.
The former Two and a Half Men star said it was "an honour for me to be able to give back to these men and women of the military who have done so much for all of us."
"They put their lives on the line for us every day, and I'm just happy that my work on Anger Management can bring a little bit of relief to the troops and their families," he added.
