2015 is being celebrated as Charlie Chaplin year to commemorate his legendary filmdom on his 125th birth anniversary and 100 years since his first screen appearance.
Bollywood too will step forward to celebrate the evergreen satiric hero as Vidya Balan will inaugurate an exhibition titled, "Chaplin lines" at NCPA organized to honor the actor.
The cartoons of Chaplin drawn by 200 cartoonists across the globe will be displayed during the exhibition along with the release of a book. Vidya also graced a popular magazine cover shot where she sported Charlie Chaplin's attire to pay tribute to the actor.
Vidya said, "This exhibition celebrates a legend who had the power to make you laugh even when your heart was breaking. I absolutely love him and can’t wait to see how different artists have interpreted him."
