After a long gap Charmi is once again making an entry into Tamil cinema. She had last acted in the film Laadam directed by Prabhu Solomon. After this she did not get many offers in Tamil and because of this she switched over to Telugu films. She settled there because she got ample offers. Charmi at this point of time is coming back to Tamil once again. Her Telugu film titled Mangala has been released and has been super hit. She has donned the role of a ghost in this film. This is a suspense thriller film. Now this film is being remade in Tamil. Apart from acting in this film, Charmi is producing and distributing this film. She is also confident that Tamil Nadu people will welcome this beautiful ghost.
