(Cover) - -No story type selected- - Crystal Harris says the "three cameras" filming her may have contributed to her hastily accepting Hugh Hefner's marriage proposal.
The 25-year-old Playmate model was expected to marry Playboy magazine founder Hugh, 85, this Saturday in a highly-anticipated ceremony.
However, earlier this week it was revealed Crystal had moved out of the Playboy mansion and called off the wedding.
Crystal confirmed she called time on the engagement after realising the romance wasn't right for her, and has now revealed that in retrospect, fame played a part in her accepting her former lover's marriage proposal.
"It happened so fast," she explained in an interview with ET Online. "Hef asked me to marry him in front of three cameras and a photographer. I thought it was something I wanted."
Despite making the decision to pull out of the wedding at such short notice, Crystal insists there are no hard feelings between her and Hugh. The blonde bombshell enjoyed her time with the Playboy maestro.
"I wouldn't trade [my time with Hugh] for the world," she said.
Crystal confirmed the breakup on her Twitter page, after reports about the engagement being off surfaced on Tuesday.
"After much deep reflection and thought I have decided to end my engagement with Hef. I have the utmost respect for Hef and wish him the best going forward. I hope the media will give each of us the privacy we deserve during this time," she wrote.
Hugh and Crystal began dating in January 2009 and announced their engagement in December. (C) Cover Media
