The star is known for being the queen of burlesque and wearing extravagant costumes.

But the raven-haired beauty has revealed she has also experienced one of the most decadent dining experiences in the world.

She told Life & Style about the most expensive meal of her life.

"An $8,000, 12-course meal in Japan that was served by a geisha," she revealed. "I didn't go on my own; I was invited."

"You have to be invited to one of those clubs to meet a geisha. You can't just walk in."

And because of her retro appearance Dita says that people are always surprised by her love of the modern world.

"No one knows that I am very into technology," she said. "People expect me not to have a cell phone, but I do an iPhone in fact. Plus I use my computer every day and am always sending emails. I really am up with the times!" (C) Cover Media
