Drew Barrymore's boyfriend is planning to turn a "priceless family heirloom" into an engagement ring for her.

The actress has been dating Will Kopelman for around nine months and there has been speculation they are planning to tie the knot.

Will apparently feels the time is right and is only stalling as he's so determined to find Drew the perfect band.

"Will is absolutely ready to make Drew his wife and couldn't be happier about it. He's been looking at rings but wants something truly exceptional," a source said.

"Will really wants something vintage. He is also looking into having a priceless family heirloom remade."

Drew is said to be uninterested in the jewellery as she just wants to make Drew her husband. She has been married twice before, but this time things feel different.

"She feels like they're already married," a source told National Enquirer. "Will just has to make it official. And lucky for Drew, that looks like it will happen any day now."
