(Cover) - EN Star Style - Emma Watson has revealed she will have to grow out her dramatic short crop in order to attract acting roles.

The 20-year-old actress who was named Style Icon at the Elle Style Awards yesterday showed off a change of image last year, when she cut off her trademark long hair and styled it into a pixie crop.

The star, who has modelled for Burberry and is currently an ambassador for French brand Lancome, was cast as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter movies aged just nine, and was contractually obliged to keep her locks longs.

Emma is now looking to grow her hair back though, as she wants to keep herself flexible for upcoming acting roles.

If I want to keep acting it's more flexible for me to have it longer for different roles, it's quite a specific cut, she told Elleuk.com.

Emma is a true fashion devotee and has admitted she is excited to overhaul her style again. She is finding her slow-growing hair frustrating though.

Im kind of looking forward to getting to a cute little bob stage. I am trying to grow it but it's slow, it's taking a while obviously, she added. (C) Cover Media
