Buzz is that Emraan Hashmi has been approached for a significant role in an upcoming Hollywood film by Academy Award winning director Danis Tanovic.
Tanovic and Emraan met on the 23rd of October, and after a rather long discussion, they both had a smile on their face.
Apparently, Emraan is also planning to treat Danis to some delectable Indian food before he leaves the country, said a source.
Danis Tanovic is a Bosnian-Belgian film director and screen writer, best known for his 2001 film 'No Man's Land'. His most recent films include 'Triage' (2009) starring Colin Farrell, Paz Vega and Christopher Leeand and 'Cirkus Columbia' (2010) starring Miki Manojlovi and Mira Furlan.
Emraan has had a fabulous run in recent times, with hits like 'Jannat 2' and 'Shanghai' in his kitty. If he lands in this film, it would be the biggest project in his career so far.
