(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Eva Mendes' mother reportedly "loves Ryan Gosling."

The stunning actress and The Ides of March actor have been dating since last fall.

The actress exposed Ryan to her mother during a dinner visit at Eva's Los Angeles home in early May.

Eva's mother thoroughly approves of her daughter's beau.

"Eva's mum was gushing over Ryan," an eyewitness told In Touch magazine. "As she was leaving, Eva's mum was hugging and kissing Ryan. She loves him!"

The couple are said to be extremely happy with each other.

"[Ryan's] totally head over heels," an insider said. "[Ryan] makes [Eva] so happy."

The pair flew their mums to Thailand for a visit while he filmed his upcoming movie Only God Forgives and apparently the matriarchs want the pair to hurry on down the aisle.

Ryan and Eva got together last September after working together on the movie The Place Beyond the Pines.
