Fashion Brand Max Unveiled At The Miss Bangalore Beauty Pageant

October 13, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Miss Bangalore, one of the most important beauty pageants in the state of Karnataka in India, has gone underway with 14 beautiful ladies trying their luck to achieve the crown as the final lap of the contest goes underway on the 15th of this month. Also unveiling their fashion line at The Lalit Ashok, on the Miss Bangalore platform, is the fashion brand Max. Speaking on the event was Vasanth Kumar, the executive director of Max, who says that The Lalit Ashok was the best platform to launch their fashion range because it will not only lend the necessary publicity to their fashion range, but will also lead to the exposure of the Miss Bangalore pageant and its contestants. Present with him on the occasion were the head designer of Max Kamakshi Kaul and Feroz Khan, the creative director of Dream Merchants.

It was from Max stores spread across the city of Bangalore that the contestants initially got an access to the Miss Bangalore platform and thus the association is perfect, feel the organizers of the event. The final 14 girls who will participate in the last lap of Miss Bangalore were shortlisted from amongst thousands of others who had appeared for the initial rounds of Miss Bangalore.

Tuesday afternoon was a visual treat with all 14 finalists strutting the ramp in the latest Max AW10 collection, which is a combination of the rustic, the old British and the military themes. The costumes and accessories were a combination of a variety of colors.
