Actor Ajay Devgn is all geared to add another feather to his hat with the film titled, 'Shivaay' under his production banner.

Along with directing, he will also be playing the main lead of the film which compels the film to be an out-and-out action flick. The actor confirms his directorial film would be releasing on January 26, 2017.

The shoot is slated to start in Bulgaria in January 2016. Reportedly,Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu's grand neice Sayesha is roped in opposite Ajay.

The actor is currently busy in shooting 'Drishyam' and he will shoot 'Baadshaho' with Milan Luthria.
