The wait is set to get over in another sixty days. Pawan Kalyan starrer Gabbar Singh, the Telugu remake version of Bollywood blockbuster Dabangg, will be released on 9th May.

According to sources, the shooting is almost over and the producer and the director are now busy working towards ensuring that the film hits the screens as scheduled by 9th May.

'Pawan Kalyan has given his best to the film, especially in stunt sequences.  Shruti Haasan has added a new dimension to the role, which was already performed by Sonakshi Sinha in Hindi and Richa Gangopadhyay in Telugu,' sources add.

It is said that some risky stunt sequences were performed by Pawan for the film. 'Though the director and the stunt master advised Pawan to opt for a body double, the actor refused it and went ahead performing dare devil stunts,' sources say further.
