(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Halle Berry visited a Los Angeles court today for an unscheduled custody hearing about her three-year-old daughter Nahla.
The hearing held behind closed doors and sealed to the public is the latest issue in a long line of legal battles the actress has had with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.
According to US website TMZ, the documents filed include what Halle deems to be Gabriel's failings as a father.
Gabriel was not in court but his lawyer was present to defend his client.
Halle and Gabriel had reached a custody agreement back in April 2011 after the fight became public and very bitter.
The Oscar-winning actress had said at the time that she appreciated her daughter needed to have both parents in her life. However, she argued that an impasse had been reached and they needed a "court and a judge to help them work out some of the delicate issues".
The Canadian model had objected to Halle taking Nahla to New York to film upcoming movie New Year's Eve, which is the sequel to Valentine's Day - and the actress pulled out of the movie.
However, they reached an agreement and in the end Halle paid for Gabriel to travel to the Big Apple to look after Nahla while she filmed her part in the film. (C) Cover Media
