Our very own action star Ajay Devgn, celebrates his birthday today. Known for his performance varying in genres like action, comedy, drama etc., Ajay has indeed established himself as one of the leading and finest actors of the Hindi film industry.

Born in a family that belongs to Bollywood, Ajay was seen on the Silver Screen as a child artist. And six years later, he made a solo debut in the film 'Phool Aur Kante' that won him a Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut for his performance.

He has starred in many films since then, winning two National Awards for Best actor in 'Zakhm' and 'The Legend of Bhagat Singh'.

The most famous films that Ajay is known for that he has done in the last five to six years are 'Yuva', 'Omkara', 'Golmaal: Fun Unlimited', 'Golmaal Returns', 'All the Best: Fun Begins', 'Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai', 'Raajneeti', 'Son of Sardaar' and many more.

Ajay, also made his debut as a film director with 'U Me Aur Hum' and then established the production house Ajay Devgn Films.

On the personal front, Ajay is married to Kajol, one of the best actresses in Bollywood. The two started dating in 1994 while filming for 'Gundaraj'. However, there wasn't any 'expressing feelings' or 'proposals', even marriage was never talked about, but it was eminent.

Married for fourteen years (1999), the couple has two adorable tots, a daughter Nysa (2003) and a son Yug (2010).

Must say, Ajay has proved his mettle as an actor, husband and a great father too.
