(Cover) - EN Star Style - Heidi Klum has been getting in shape with a gruelling running regime.
The supermodel, who recently launched a blog in which she documents her workouts and fitness regime, recently admitted that she has been "pushing [herself] to the limit" to maintain her shape.
The blonde beauty has been running at least four miles a day and has been encouraging her female fans to do the same.
"As girls, we all have the same issues: the stomach, the love handles and the thighs," she said. "Staying healthy is a process, and there is no end point. We can't say we ran for a few weeks, ate healthy foods and that's it. It's a lifestyle."
The determined mother-of-four has been following a low-carbohydrate diet and is working out with celebrity trainer David Kirsch, who regularly joins her on her runs.
They are also practicing yoga and using weights to keep the 38-year-old's flawless body toned.
"It doesn't come from just sitting on a couch, you have to move," Heidi said of her figure. (C) Cover Media
