Acclaimed filmmaker Sudhir Mishra's upcoming film 'Inkaar' is based on the sexual harassment and politics at a workplace.

Arjun Rampal and Chitrangada Singh lead the film which lies in the backdrop of an advertising agency.

While there are preconceived notions about sexual harassment, there are biased views on it with woman considered as subject of harassment and man as the friend. 

But Arjun exclaims that there's more to sexual harassment than what meets the eye. 

"When a man is labeled as sexy, I take it as a compliment but when the same tags are given to women at a workplace, should it be taken as a compliment or an offensive remark? Or is it just of women to unbutton their shirt's top buttons and then tag man's look as offensive? Such are the questions our film raises. The film raises these questions on a different level," said Arjun. 

He is confident that the film will certainly stir a serious debate and make people think on both sides of the coin.
