(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jason Momoa indulged in "lots of beer" after shooting wrapped on Conan the Barbarian.

The 32-year-old Hollywood hunk portrays the title character in the movie, which follows the iconic fictional hero as he travels across the continent of Hyboria to avenge his father's murder.

The already-toned star had to bulk up for the role and followed a gruelling diet and fitness regime. Although he's still in great shape, the heartthrob admits he has been letting loose since filming ended.

"Oh yeah!" he enthused to Cover Media when asked if he's let himself go a little since making the movie. "Beer lots of beer."

Jason was talking at the Empire Big Screen film event at London's O2 Arena which took place this weekend. The star added that he's passionate about his Conan character because he's so complex.

"I wouldn't wanna play a superhero. I think that's what's kind of cool about Conan - it's just a man who does super things," he beamed.

"He's dangerous - he may do the right thing, he may do the wrong thing."
