(Cover) - EN Fashion - Julianne Moore considered having breast implants when she was younger, but was too scared of the surgery.

The 49-year-old actress is an outspoken critic of plastic surgery, and frequently vows she will never go under the knife. However, the star hasnt always been so steadfast in her beliefs, and once thought about having a boob job to boost her assets.

Im only human. I did think for a while that maybe I should get boobs, but then I rejected that idea because it seemed like major surgery, Julianne told the Australian Womens Weekly magazine.

Julianne is now glad she didnt go through with the surgery because she hates the way it makes most women look. She is against any form of cosmetic procedure, saying she has never seen one that made the person look better.

I dont understand how an immovable face is a beautiful face I dont think it is, Julianne said. You want to hold people to standards that are human and attainable and naturally beautiful, rather than thinking we have to be something that were not.

I dont know why people have Botox, why they have work done. It never makes people look better, it makes them look weird. I feel that we have decided that being expression-less and young-looking is the most beautiful thing and, in pursuit of that, it becomes more and more exaggerated, and totally obliterates what we look like and who we really are.
