(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kat Von D walked off the set of a breakfast television show this morning after mention of her recent breakup with Jesse James.

The tattoo artist was scheduled to appear on Good Day L.A. to promote the new season of her show LA Ink. However the star was apparently so upset of the mention of her recent split from Jesse that she stormed out of the building before the interview had even begun.

Part of her introduction was a clip from the popular TV series which shows her getting a tattoo of Jesse's face on her ribcage - and the anchor stated that it was done before she and Jesse split up.

Sources have told TMZ that Kat had approved the clip being shown and was given forewarning by the producers that the breakup would be part of the interview, but it appears Kat had a change of heart.

"Dear GoodDayLA, thanks for the waste of a perfectly good morning. Lack of compassion n respect for each other never fails to disappoint me," Kat later posted on her twitter page. (sic)

Meanwhile, it is being reported that the couple may have split because of another woman.

A source told RadarOnline that Jesse and Kat reportedly had a heated argument outside their Los Angeles home on Monday afternoon where another woman's name was mentioned.

"They were outside and I could hear them fighting. Kat kept throwing some woman's name out and arguing about how she didn't like him living so far away," the eyewitness said.

"Jesse finally said, Fine, f**k you!' and sped away on his motorcycle. Kat sat in her Bentley with her head on the steering wheel for about three minutes before finally driving away."

The couple got engaged in January after a whirlwind romance. They got together shortly after Jesse's marriage to Sandra Bullock ended.

Jesse has been awarded sole custody of his seven-year-old daughter Sunny this week following a long court battle with his ex Janine Lindemulder. (C) Cover Media
