(Cover) - EN Star Style - Katy Perry is like a Formula One pit lane when she dresses for shows.

The 26-year-old pop star will embark on the California Dreams Tour next year, which follows the huge success of last years Hello Katy Tour.

The gorgeous star is famed for her daring costume choices, with many fans eagerly awaiting her numerous outfit changes. Katy admits many of her tight-fitting ensembles require her to be strapped in using Velcro, so behind the scenes it often sounds like a racing car track.

"When I get changed during the show I'm like a Formula One pit lane. Velcro, strapping stuff on, ripping it off, she laughed in an interview with British newspaper The Sun.

Katy wants to evoke a powerful image on next years tour, and says fans can expect an array of different styles. The fashionista admits many of her pals inherit her stage outfits once shes finished with them, so they are always keen to see what wacky trend shell be going for next.

"Of course my friends loved that because they adopted the outfits after me. But it was fun to bring that kind of surprise each night. There will be a medley of looks, and they'll be very strong, added the beauty. (C) Cover Media
