The 26-year-old American singer married British funnyman Russell Brand, 35, last October, and the doting pair are still in the honeymoon period.

Katy has no problem with juggling her two roles as a wife and a career woman, and has planned her ongoing California Dreams Tour accordingly so that she still gets to spend time with Russell.

Yes, I see him. I planned my tour around being a professional and a married woman. Hes already come on the tour four times, she smiled.

The songstress has already enjoyed successful concerts in various European destinations and is currently on the Australian leg of the tour. The star loves being out on the road connecting with fans, as she considers it fundamental to maintain a strong rapport with her admirers.

Touring, to me, feels like a debt repaid but in a good way. When people support you so much, you owe them actual face time, she explained.

Katy says life couldnt be going any better right now. She accepts her outlook on the world can sometimes be rather negative, but deep down she feels content with the way things are panning out.
