(Cover) - EN Star Style - Kelly Osbourne was reprimanded by Betsey Johnson for wanting to pay for one of her dresses.

The star is a big fan of the American designer's creations and was thrilled to discover a store conveniently located in her hotel lobby recently.

Kelly, who was in Las Vegas to commentate for the Miss USA beauty pageant, says she was thrilled to discover Betsey had instructed the store salesman not to let her pay for her wanted garments.

"Vegas is not just known for nightlife it also has amazing shopping. On my first day, I was so excited to see a Betsey Johnson store in my hotel lobby that I went a little wild!" she confessed in Closer magazine. "I found a cute dress and cardie that I loved. As I went to pay, the salesman said he'd just hung up the phone with Betsey and how dare I want to pay!"

Kelly was shocked to discover that Betsey had personally spoken to the shop salesman. The 26-year-old star, who is currently struggling with stress fractures in her foot, says she hobbled around on one foot in excitement.

"I was shocked and hopped up and down on my one good foot, screaming with excitement! I'm unbelievably grateful. Thanks Betsey you're the best!" she exclaimed. (C) Cover Media
