Kelly Rowland is happy to be "in love" with her job because it doesn't "nag" her.
The singer hasn't had time for men recently because she's been so busy working on her music and judging the UK version of TV show The X Factor.
Kelly thinks men are put off because she can't give them enough attention.
"Most of the men find me too busy. Which is a real problem, because I like being busy," she told German magazine In. "At the moment I'm in love with my job. But that doesn't bother me [because at least] my job doesn't nag."
However, the star also revealed what a potential partner has to do to sweep her off her feet.
What strikes Kelly most is a man who is comfortable in himself.
"A man, who wants to impress me, has to have both feet on the ground," she explained. "He has to be real and most of all he has to have confidence."
