Kristen Stewart reportedly isn't planning on coming out of hiding anytime soon.
The 22-year-old actress has kept a low profile ever since news of her affair with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders broke.
She was noticeably absent from yesterday's premiere of her new movie On The Road and won't return to the media spotlight for a while.
"Kristen has been hiding ever since the story of her affair with Rupert broke and she doesn't plan on breaking that habit just yet," a source revealed to Radar Online.
According to the source, Kristen will re-emerge during next month's Toronto Film Festival to promote her new movie.
Until then, she is just too frightened to confront the media.
"Unlike Rob, who faced the music and threw himself into promoting his new movie Cosmopolis, Kristen isn't comfortable with facing a barrage of questions about the cheating scandal," the source explained. "The backlash from her Twilight fans has upset her - she's lost and doesn't know what to do."
Robert has avoided addressing his relationship with Kristen during his press junket for Cosmopolis.
Kristen, on the other hand, issued a public apology to her Twilight co-star.
